We’re looking to add to our quickly-growing team with an entrepreneurial-minded, high-achieving account leader who will be instrumental in managing and growing our PR teams that support our marquee accounts. This role will serve as a Senior Vice President and member of the agency’s Senior Leadership Team working primarily across key consumer brand assignments, as well as helping to drive other priority internal/external agency initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a communications leader, mentor and project manager with the ability to multitask, self-motivate and work within deadlines. We’re looking for someone who has a strong track record creating strategic, 360-consumer campaigns that breakthrough today's cluttered media landscape. In addition to team management and mentorship experience, we are also looking for someone who can be a part of new business and management decisions.

This position is full time and is only available in New York City.
Be a thought-partner for senior-level clients by understanding their business and driving results while helping to maintain and deepen the agency’s client relationship
Develop keen understanding for the unique business objectives of each client, and help develop communications strategies and activations to meet those goals
Ensure that public relations, talent, content and influencer strategies are aligned with the clients’ overarching objectives
Be proactive, anticipate client needs and keep multiple activities moving
Provide mentorship and leadership to agency teams
Maintain current knowledge of trends, the competitive landscape, and confidently provide strategic point-of-views to the client
Participate in new business pitch development and/or presentations
Serve on the leadership team, drive office culture and be a mentor to staff
Develop and deliver informed strategic recommendations based on understanding of best practices across each client’s category and competitive set
Manage clients, teams, account budgets and third-party resources – driving the engine of client service
Create strategic plans, decks and presentations on behalf of agency and its clients, including generating ongoing new ideas and value beyond the scope of current client assignments
12+ years of experience
Experience leading and mentoring a diverse team
Experience in working across an IAT
Collaborate, multi-task and work efficiently with precise attention to detail
Deliver an impactful and compelling presentation
Possess a passion for storytelling and excitement to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
Be extremely self-motivated, organized and reliable
Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy building a team from the ground up and creating new systems, policies and company culture
Pluses: prior PR agency experience; integrated communications strategy; brand partnerships; large-scale event activations

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $190,000-$250,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law.
